Hanyang International Summer/Winter School Transcript

This service allows you to easily request an additional copy of your official academic transcript at Hanyang International Summer/Winter School, and make the payment via PayPal.

You can choose the type of the copy (Electronic soft copy/Paper hard copy) and whether you want it to be sealed (Only applicable to paper hard copy option). The cost of issuance varies depending on the type you choose.

It will cost 25 USD to send a copy due to the express mail charge. Domestic costs 15 USD. Issuing soft-copy also costs 5 USD. Transcripts will be sent out upon your payment. If you want to send it to multiple locations, you need to apply separately and pay per location.

Academic transcripts normally take 5-7 business days to process, and up to 2 business weeks to be delivered via international air mail since the request. We do not have any responsibility for students' personal deadline.
